Internationally-recognized social influencers Patty and Patty have provided their own Olympic Games commentary as they root for Thomas Ceccon. #Powerjournalist Markos Papadatos has the recap.

The 2024 Summer Olympic Games are taking place in Paris, and leave it to Patty and Patty to steal the show. In a social media post, which has gone viral, they praised Italian swimmer Thomas Ceccon for his charming looks. “Oh my God. Girls, he is drop dead gorgeous,” Patty and Patty exclaimed.

“What an Adonis, Patty!” they elaborated in their post, and used the following hashtags, as they displayed their pride over their Italian heritage: #pattyandpatty #italianamerican #italian #italiansdoitbetter #italianway  #italianlife  #nycgirls  #bestfriends  #italiansbelike  #newyorkersbelike #newyorker#olympics #mangia #mangiare #italianfoodlovers #italianfood #italiancuisine #italianathlete

Thus far, Thomas Ceccon has won two medals for his home country… The bronze in the relay, and a gold in the men’s 100 meter backstroke race, which is the event that he holds the world record in.

Thomas Ceccon becomes the first Italian man to win gold in the 100 meter backstroke race. His gold medal-winning 100 meter backstroke race may be seen by clicking here.

As People Magazine reported, Ceccon set the Internet wild after his medal ceremony for the men’s 4 x 100 meter freestyle relay, where he accidentally flashed his abs. Italy won the bronze in that race, with Team USA claiming the gold.

One can never go wrong by having Patty and Patty in their corner.

The NBC and other sports commentators need to watch out, and move over… since pretty soon, Patty and Patty will be taking over, and rightfully so. It is evident that Patty and Patty are as witty, clever, and hilarious as ever. Also, they manage to stay true to themselves.

Hopefully, this is a harbinger that Patty and Patty will provide additional commentary for the other Olympic events, which will wrap up on August 11th.
