Casa Bond is an incredible new Mexican eatery in Manhattan. #Powerjournalist Markos Papadatos has the scoop.

The restaurant first opened its doors in November of 2023, and it is located in the NoHo section of Manhattan. It encompasses the essence of Tulum.

Patrons can share traditional guacamole, lobster guacamole, and Ossetra caviar guacamole. They also have Lobster and shrimp ceviche, as well as Ribeye Tiradito, the latter of which is comprised of tender meat. “Gobernador” is their standout taco, which consists of shrimp and steak on a flour tortilla, as along with cheese, tomato and Poblano.

Casa Bond has five distinct sides for patrons to accompany their meals, and these include esquites, white asparagus, Jicama salad, wild rice, and refried beans.

From their entrees, “Duck Confit Mole Mixteco” is quite superb and savory; this dish is worth the visit alone to Casa Bond. Equally impressive is their Pescado Zarandeado, which is branzino marinated in annatto-guajillo accompanied by tortillas.

It is the ideal restaurant to dine for this year’s Valentine’s Day festivities.

Conclusion

Overall, Casa Bond is sheer bliss in New York City. It is highly recommended for anybody who is a fan of the Mexican cuisine. Casa Bond is located at 334 Bowery Street, and it earns two giant thumbs up.
