Burgerology Massapequa is an exquisite restaurant on Long Island, which recently opened this past June. #Powerjournalist Markos Papadatos has the scoop.
Salads
Their salads are healthy and tasty. Their “Quinoa Bowl” consists of Quinoa, roasted sweet potato, shaved brussels sprouts, arugula, avocado, roasted red pepper, black beans, pickled red onion, accompanied with their citrus vinaigrette dressing. The addition of grilled chicken on top helps elevate it to a higher level.
Equally impressive is their “Caesar Salad” with grilled chicken on top.
Starters
The quintessential appetizer is their “Cauliflower Wings,” which are house-breaded (and they come with a choice of buffalo or creamy garlic sauce; this journalist tried the latter, and he was not disappointed).
Desserts
As a dessert, one ought to try their scrumptious “Cookie Doughnut Milkshake,” which is comprised of vanilla ice cream mixed with cookie dough pieces, doughnut hole pieces and chocolate syrup. Topped with doughnut holes, a chocolate chip cookie, homemade whipped cream and drizzled with chocolate syrup; moreover, it is coated with Oreo and Graham Cracker dust, which is sheer bliss.

On October 1st, Burgerology Massapequa hosted its first-ever Bingo night, which was quite a success. It is bound to become a Tuesday night phenomenon each week.
The Verdict
Overall, Burgerology Massapequa is a noteworthy eatery; the wait staff is attentive, the food is great coupled with a laid-back and chill atmosphere. It garners two giant thumbs up. Bravo.
