Controversial ex-Congressman George Santos will face off with reality star and social influencer Josh Seiter in a show that will air later this month. #Powerjournalist Markos Papadatos has the scoop.
Seiter went on “Pants on Fire with George Santos,” which is a new podcast from the former U.S. Representative- and Santos hopes it will do well, because his lawyers are hoping it helps pay his legal fines. Prosecutors suggest that his podcast will have the effect of rewarding him for fraud.
Seiter’s episode will air later this month. Seiter opened up about his gender troll and stance on gender ideology. During that interview, Santos grilled him on his trans troll, death hoax, and asked him hard-hitting questions about his views on “Make America Great Again” (MAGA), Christianity, and immigration. Without giving too much away, Santos’ co-host Naja Hall grilled him as well.
“George Santos didn’t intimidate me one bit,” he noted. “He talks a lot and is his biggest fan, but he didn’t impress me. I have principles and values I stand on and they don’t change just because someone doesn’t like what I say or thinks I’m offensive. I’m a firm believer in freedom of speech and freedom to mock and lampoon, and I make no apologies for my trans troll.”
“His cohost Naja Hall tried to provoke me and we almost came to blows, but I stuck to my principles and eventually won her over a bit. We may not agree on everything, but we did agree to disagree. In the end it was an enlightening experience, and I’m grateful to George Santos for having me on his show to talk about my crazy life,” Seiter elaborated.
“My favorite part of the show was traveling to New York to the studio to film and meeting the Osundairo brothers, who Jussie Smollet paid to hoax him. They shared the green room with me and we rode in the same vehicle from the airport, so we had a few hours to get to know each other. It turns out we live a mile from one another in Wrigleyville. I was impressed with how intelligent and funny they were, they had me rolling on the floor. They made my experience there amazing,” Seiter explained.
“I also spent the day with Jason Scoop, the popular Trump impersonator, and we filmed a ton of skits and humorous content around New York landmarks. He is a hilarious guy and a great friend and we actually filmed some funny content with the Osundairo brothers in downtown New York,” he added.
Seiter also opened up about Scott Presler. “Me and Scott Presler are just country loving patriots that teamed up to get the vote out in Pennsylvania, Seiter said. “I can’t comment on the speculation surrounding our personal lives, as our focus is solely on making America great again. Our country is in a fight of Good versus Evil, and it’s important that the right people win elected office in the upcoming elections,” he added.
For his fans, Seiter expressed, “I love and appreciate everyone who has followed my crazy journey over the last few years. It’s not every day you go from reality TV to trolling the world to appearing on political podcasts and television shows, but here I am.”
