Reality TV star Josh Seiter has been known as “The King of Clout” lately, and rightfully so. He chatted with the #Powerjournalist about the latest happenings in his life.
“90 Day Fiancé fans call me the ‘King of Clout’ to try to disparage me, but I take it as a compliment,” he said. “I am constantly in the media, constantly being talked about, and constantly the focus of people’s attention. I embrace the nickname now.”
He is an alum of “The Bachelorette” and he has well over 205,000 followers on Instagram alone.
Seiter acknowledged that the New Year 2023 has been “great” for him thus far. “I’ve been busy reading my true crime books and James Patterson novels. I travel frequently, and have a trip to Houston planned in a couple weeks to see my beautiful nieces and nephews. I’ll also be heading to St. George, Utah at the beginning of March. Other than that, I’ve just been busy promoting my Onlyfans page which is one of the top pages in the world,” he said.
Anytime I make a headline or appear in the tabloids I’m humbled. It doesn’t matter if the article is negative or positive in orientation, as long as I’m being talked about I see it as a win. There’s a lot of stuff going on in the world today so to be popular enough that magazines and outlets are talking about me is flattering. The public has a short attention span so to make the headlines day after day is a bit of a feat.
He opened up about his latest lawsuit, sharing his side of the story. “A 90 Day Fiancé star named Cassia Tavares is attempting to spearhead a class-action lawsuit against me for ‘ruining women’s reputations.’ She has been tweeting and posting about me nonstop for the last week ever since ‘In Touch’ did an exclusive feature on my dating history. I don’t know if she’s jealous that I won’t date her, or if she is upset that so many of her co-stars have begun relationships with me, but it is fairly comical. The fact that she is attempting to sue a law school graduate like myself for his choice in women is pretty hilarious. Regardless, I’m taking the allegations seriously and have retained counsel,” he said.
Speaking of the law, Seiter holds a JD (Juris Doctor) degree himself. “At this stage in my life the childhood version of me definitely saw himself as a lawyer or judge. Despite getting my law degree, the last few years have made it clear to me that I have no desire to practice law. I’d rather be my own boss and my own brand, rather than be an emotionless cog in the legal system doing research at a desk. I don’t find the legal field satisfying nor do I think it’s congruent with my personality. Because of this, I have no plans to take the Bar Exam or practice law; however, despite all this, I think the childhood version of Josh would be proud of what I’ve achieved so far,” he said.
Regarding his future plans, Seiter remarked, “My plans for the future are to continue focusing on being one of the top social media earners in the world and continue staying in the public eye. I find all the drama surrounding me entertaining and look forward to continue making waves. Maybe I’ll date another woman from 90 Day Fiancé, or maybe I’ll find one from a different show this time. Who knows.”
