John O’Hurley and Jeremy Miller to star in family adventure film ‘Ring of Kibo’

John O’Hurley (Seinfeld) and Jeremy Miller (Growing Pains) star in the new family adventure film “Ring of Kibo.” #Powerjournalist Markos Papadatos has the scoop.

Directed by Kimberly Skyrme (House of Cards), Emmy nominee Christian Filippella (Nandor Fodor and the Talking Mongoose) and Vincent De Paul (Beckman). Cinematographer Christian Filippella is filming on Blackmagic cameras and Irix Cine lenses. Music by Nick Pelligrino and Umberto Gaudino.

The film co-stars Vincent De Paul (Tesla), Bianca D’Ambrosio (Call Jane), Chiara D’Ambrosio (Bandit), Felix Pire (12 Monkeys), Blanca Blanco (Betrayed) and Grace Field (Vindication).

“Ring of Kibo” follows lifelong friends and explorers Justin Ashcroft (De Paul) and Kevin Dandridge (Woodard) as they reunite after a tragic loss to fulfill a childhood dream—finding the legendary Ring of Kibo, an artifact of immense power, but they’re not alone.

Ruthless rival Gideon Proffit (O’Hurley) will stop at nothing to claim the ring for himself.

Their journey leads them through Baltimore’s historic landmarks—from Johns Hopkins University to the shadowy stacks of the George Peabody Library and the storied decks of the USS Constellation.

As they unravel hidden clues, Justin and Kevin must outwit their relentless enemy, confront their past, and test the limits of their friendship. Legends will be challenged, destinies forged—but who will claim the power of the Ring of Kibo?
