Australian performer Logan Stapleton spoke about his love for heavy metal music and performing with Magic Men Australia.

He has been a vital part of Magic Men Australia for the past nine years. “I’ve always been a performer, even when I was in school. I played guitar and I love bringing something unique to the stage and doing my own thing. You can really mix it up because it is a different show. You can really be unique on stage,” he said.

“The passion for performing is a big motivator,” he said about his motivations. “Money is also a big one too,” he added with a sweet laugh.

“It’s very family-oriented,” he said about the other performers of Magic Men Australia. “I have a lot of respect for all of them and they are really amazing people. They are such down-to-earth blokes.”

On being a performer in the digital age, he said, “The digital age is a big part of promotion, I suppose. We are trying to adapt and to keep up with the times. We adapt with the technology of the new age.”

“I actually love heavy metal music,” he said about his love for that genre. “I love Bring Me the Horizon, Lamb of Way, Parkway Drive, Trivium, Bullet For My Valentine, and Killswitch Engage.” “Metal is meant to be raw and from the heart,” he admitted.

For young and aspiring performers, he said, “Be yourself,  100 percent, because everyone has a different take on things. Also, just relax. You don’t have to master this job straight away. My whole career has helped define me and it helped shape me as a person.”

On the title of the current chapter of his life, Stapleton said, “Time For Me.”

He is also an MX Rider. “I do dirt riding and I do all of the jumps,” he admitted.

Stapleton defined  the word success simply as “happiness and doing what you love.”

If he were to have any superpower, he revealed that it would be “invisibility.”

For his fans and supporters, he said, “Thank you for sticking around for so long.”

He also took some time to answer a few “Rapid Fire” questions.
