South Dakota in ‘Mister USA’ 2024
“It is definitely a blessing to be representing South Dakota,” he said. “Things are very slow-paced in South Dakota, but to be competing for Mister USA is absolutely incredible.”
“The message that I have for people is the following: If you get opportunities, take them,” he underscored. “Stick your foot in the front door and go all the way. Take it as a blessing but also, as a way to work on yourself too.”
“Any time an opportunity comes your way, it is always a reason to benefit yourself. Things happen the way they are supposed to. If you work hard, you do the things that you are supposed to be doing, and good things happen to you. Basically, just work hard and play hard,” he expressed.
Background on ‘Mister USA’ 2024
Mister USA is an American beauty pageant, which is held annually, and the winner goes on to represent the United States in the Mister Universe competition. It is a celebration of culture, diversity, beauty, intelligence and empowerment. They believe in the power of young leaders to make a difference in the world. It is not solely about outer beauty; it recognizes the inner beauty and intelligence of their contestants. It will be held on August 11, 2024 in Hollywood. The winner of Mister USA will subsequently represent USA at “Mister Universe” on September 28, 2024 at The Biltmore in Los Angeles.

On being a part of the digital age, at a time when streaming, technology, and social media are so prevalent, he said, “It’s actually insane. I think there is a lot of toxicity involved with it. At the same time, this is what I love doing. I don’t really care. I just disregard all the negatives. I love being a role model on social media; someone who is a public figure in people’s eyes that gives good advice.”
Stage of his life
On the title of the current chapter of his life, he said, “New Beginnings.” “It’s grind time. I’m in a spot where I have so much going on, but nothing,” he noted.
Superpower of choice
If he were to have any superpower, it would be “The Flash.” “The man travels dimensions with his speed. You can’t catch him… ever,” he said with a sweet laugh.
Success
Regarding his definition of the word success, he said, “Being someone who is a role model. Ultimately, success is how you take in life in your own way. Basically, it is defined by each and every person individually. Success is based on the way that you want to live.”
“Overall, success is being able to give back to my family and being able to support anybody that I need to support and building an empire for myself and my family in the future. Success means knowing that I’ve made it,” he explained.

For the fans and supporters, Campbell said, “Overall, a big thank you for all the support; it means the most. Without you guys, nothing could have been possible. The support doesn’t ever get overlooked. I am blessed to have people following my journey and being supportive. I am just very thankful.”
