Actor Drake Rodger of “The Winchesters” has a major reason to be proud. He is joining the cast of “Motorheads” on Amazon Prime Video, which is by creator and showrunner John A. Norris. #Powerjournalist Markos Papadatos has the scoop.
Rodger is joining as a recurring actor alongside such actors Johnna Dias-Watson (“Wednesday”), Josh Macqueen (“Significant Others”) and Mia Healey (“The Wilds”).
Rodger will portray Ray, the charismatic brother of Curtis (played by Uriah Shelton), who comes across as a good guy but isn’t afraid to be on the wrong side of the law. He has a scary side that isn’t seen often, but when it is, it’s chilling.
Speaking of Uriah Shelton, he joined “Motorheads” as a series regular opposite such stars as Ryan Phillippe, Nathalie Kelley, Michael Cimino, and Melissa Collazo.
“Motorheads” is about first love, first heartbreak, and turning the key in your very first car, according to an article in Deadline. It is set in a once-thriving rust-belt town that’s now searching for a glimmer of hope, the series is the adrenaline-filled story of a group of outsiders who form an unlikely friendship over a mutual love of automobiles. While some characters will be navigating the hierarchy and rules of high school, others will be racing from a dark past.
