Blu on the Hudson, the eminent Modern American restaurant with breathtaking views of the Manhattan skyline, is hosting “An Evening of Gratitude” an event celebrating its 2nd year anniversary and honoring their loyal customers who have played a key role in its success. #Powerjournalist Markos Papadatos has the scoop.

Situated on the Hudson River waterfront in historic Weehawken, New Jersey, Blu on the Hudson offers a quintessential New York City-style dining experience.

Live performances will include the musical stylings of renowned electric violinist Anna Nordmoe, who is also celebrated for her exceptional acrobatic skills. Anna has played alongside famous artists like Michael Bublé, the Eagles, and Andrea Bocelli, and has recorded music featured in Back to the Future and performed at Carnegie Hall. The night will also feature guest DJs, adding to the entertainment!

Executive Chef Juan Carlos “JC” Ortega will create menu specials as memorable as his signature dishes, which have earned the loyalty of his diners.

Alongside the dining experience, the Wine Spectator award-winning Wine Program, curated by Sommelier Adam Greer, will complement the meal. Specialty cocktails, a hallmark of Blu on the Hudson, will also be created for the occasion.

Since its opening, Blu on the Hudson has quickly become one of New Jersey’s most booked restaurants on OpenTable. A popular hotspot for celebrities, renowned athletes, Manhattanites seeking a break from the city’s hustle, and tourists; it has also earned a loyal following among locals.

Blu on the Hudson stands out for consistently delivering an exceptional dining experience in every way. The professionalism and warmth of its staff are to be congratulated, and these qualities are a key reason for the restaurant’s ongoing success.

This celebration takes place on January 29th starting at 5pm and ending at 11pm. Reservations for the evening are available to be booked now via OpenTable.

Blu on the Hudson is just minutes away from Hoboken and Jersey City by Light Rail, and a picturesque six-minute NY Waterway ferry ride from Manhattan.
