Blu on the Hudson is a chicly designed, 30,000-square-foot, modern American restaurant with sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline in Weehawken, New Jersey, and a picturesque six-minute NY Waterway ferry ride from Manhattan.
Executive Chef Juan Carlos (JC) Ortega’s seafood-forward menu is accented by house-made pastas, a world-class steak program, beautifully crafted desserts, flawless cocktails, and an extensive wine program that is making Blu on the Hudson a hot-spot for both locals and destination diners from Manhattan and throughout New Jersey. Blu offers one-of-a-kind cocktail list curated by Beverage Director Jeremy LeBlanche (formerly Thyme Bar, The Gibson in London, and German Gymnasium in London), who has conceptualized a stand-out cocktail program.
On Saturday, March 30, and Easter Sunday March 31, Blu on the Hudson will be serving a specially curated Easter brunch menu from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and will be serving its a la carte dinner menu all day as well.

Avocado Toast Tasting Trio: Sourdough, avocado layers, quinoa crunch, deviled egg, smoked salmon and chilled shrimp.
Ricotta & Strawberry Stuffed Pancakes: Ricotta filling, lavender-strawberry compote.
