On August 31st, Will Parfitt and Magic Men Australia performed at the exquisite Carteret Performing Arts and Events Center in New Jersey.

Their show featured such entertainers as Nic Murray, Yung Beau, Ossie McLean, Ceaser Smith, host and emcee Carlos Jay, and headliner Will Parfitt, the Channing Tatum doppelganger himself. They performed for a great turnout of over 600 fans and attendees. Forrest Jones Entertainment served as the promoter.

“Jersey, are you ready to party?” they asked, and the answer was a resounding yes. “Make some noise… Are you ready to party with the Magic Men tonight?” Carlos went on to give the ladies a lesson about the five senses.

“Omg, New Jersey, how are we doing tonight?” Parfitt asked. “Are you ready to party with Magic Men Australia? Who here is from New Jersey? Who has traveled here to see us tonight? Te amo.”

“We love it here in the USA, and we are going to bring a lot more shows back in 2025,” Parfitt acknowledged. “I love American women,” Parfitt exclaimed. “We are trying hard for that green card,” he jokingly laughed.

Nic Murray kicked off his set with performances to such songs as “Welcome to the Jungle” by Guns N’ Roses and “Hold the Line” by Toto. Murray was able to instantly lure the audience into the show and was a strong opener.

It was followed by Yung Beau, who was able to bring some “Bieber fever” from Sydney with his “Popstar” set, which features dances and performances to such songs by Justin Bieber (#thatPower), Kid Rock (“Feel Like Makin’ Love’), Bazzi (“Mine”), and Ocean Alley (“Confidence”). People need to watch out for Yung Beau in the future because he is showcasing a great deal of potential, and he deserves to be the next big thing.

One of the highlights was the Magic Men Australia performance of the W&W x AXMO remix of Belinda Carlisle’s “Heaven Is A Place On Earth,” where everybody was dancing and clapping along with them.

After an intermission, Will Parfitt gave the New Jersey audience the backstory of the genesis of Magic Men Australia. It was followed by a brief set by Carlos Jay, where he performed alongside two Michael Jackson songs “Dirty Diana” and “The Way You Make Me Feel.”

When Ceaser Smith (“Papa C”), the “Muffin Man” of Magic Men Australia, took the stage, he immediately showed off his love for country music and Morgan Wallen. It featured performances to “Come Together” (by Gary Clark Jr. and Junkie XL), The White Stripes (“Seven Nation Army”), AC/DC’s “Highway to Hell,” Zayde Wolf (“Born Ready”) and a powerhouse performance of “Zombie” by Bad Wolves, which was steamy and sizzling.

Following an intermission, Ossie McLean and Will Parfitt took the stage with their impressive numbers to round out the evening.

“A massive thank you to each and every one of you for coming to see me and the boys tonight,” Will Parfitt expressed, effusively. “Everyone who has followed us on social media, we love you all so much!”

Conclusion

Overall, it was a pleasant night of feel-good escapism and euphoria at the Carteret Performing Arts and Events Center in New Jersey thanks to Magic Men Australia. Each performer was gifted and brought something distinct to the stage. This venue was the quintessential place for an intimate and fun show of this caliber. Hopefully, they will be back in 2025 to perform here. Their live show in New Jersey garnered two thumbs up.
