Australian social influencer Joel Busby underscores the importance of working out, staying active, and waking up early. #Powerjournalist Markos Papadatos has the scoop.

In a motivational post on social media, Busby remarked, “A bad day at the gym always beats a good day on the couch.” “Most of problems come from lack of sleep, sitting inside all day, no exercise, and eating shitty foods,” he acknowledged. “Workouts can be painful. Controlling what you eat takes effort. It’s ok to make mistakes (as long as we learn from it, that’s where we grow).”

“It’s not meant to be easy family, Nothing great was ever achieved without hard work and sacrifice,” he added.

In a subsequent post, he also stressed the importance of going to bed early and waking up early. “Early to rise makes a man healthy wealthy and wise,” Busby said, quoting the ole saying.

“Getting up that little bit earlier and creating space to give back to you is honestly one the best decisions you can make for yourself,” he noted.

“We all lead busy lives and without structuring your time so that there is time in the day designated for just you, you will most likely burn out or lose your enjoyment for life pretty quickly,” he added.
