The staff and owners of Neraki Greek Mediterranean Grill have a major reason to celebrate. The Greek-American restaurant, which is located in the heart of Huntington Village, won two 2024 Best of Long Island Awards.
It has been voted “Best Seafood Restaurant on Long Island” and “Best Greek Restaurant on Long Island.”
When the mood for Greek and Mediterranean cuisine strikes, there is no better place to satisfy that urge than at Neraki Greek Mediterranean Grill in Huntington. They take special care to present the delicacies that call your name, like a feta-filled Greek salad with chunks of white meat chicken grilled to perfection, to lamb, eggplant and falafel specialties.
Be sure to try their stuffed grape leaves, or “dolmadakia.” And don’t you dare leave without sampling some grilled octopus and fried calamari, the latter of which is this journalist’s all-time favorite dish! Trust Long Island voters, this place is simply fantastic and divine!

Over the years, #Powerjournalist Markos Papadatos has rated it five out of five stars, and rightfully so. As they say in Greek, “οσο κι αν ψάξω δεν βρίσκω αλλο Nεράκι,” which translates into: “No matter how hard you may look, you will never find another Neraki.” That couldn’t be further from the truth.
