I was at the iHeart radio music awards last night. I have to say I have been to almost every award show and party this award season, but this was my first time to the iHeart music awards and I was pleasantly shocked. After the People’s choice awards this is one of best award shows I’ve been to in a while. If you live under a rock and haven’t watched the iHeart award show its basically an excuse for an award show but really the most amazing concert you’ve ever been to in your life with all the best artists from radio performing extravagant concerts and their top singles.
I had such a great time in the heart shaped fan it and saw myself quite a few times on television. I was standing right beside the girls of fifth harmony most of the night and the tables next to me was where all the winners and performers of the night were seated. Ed sheeran, Justin Timberlake, Dj Khalid, Ryan Seacrest, Miley Cyrus and even jeremy Renner, Chris martin from coldplay and so many more to name.
Jumping into the fan pit I got to watch Ed Sheeran standing in front of him playing acoustic guitar. I got to be up front to Chris Martin having his kids on stage to accept his award as “coldplay,” and watch my all time favorite singer give the most amazing speech of the night on being different and being the difference you would like to see in the world really made this one of the best award shows in the music world I’ve been too.
All in all the culmination of the best concert in the world with an awards show makes this the One show fans like me appreciate and hope more events are as chill as this!
